Implement and enhance consistent program management best practices to ensure.
optimized product and project delivery aligned with company initiatives and expectations.
Create and implement standards and tools for project and portfolio management, with a focus on execution defined by quality, timeliness, and cost management.
= Manage relationships with leaders who are responsible for direct project planning, capital budgeting and resource allocation.
Develop an effective front line Leadership team and assist them with developing their direct reports as to drive a high-performance culture and environment.
Provide leadership and direction for new or existing technologies and current operational initiatives.

Required
Qualifications:
Experience:
Ten years of experience in telecommunications; Five years of management experience; 5 years of managing complex programs or projects.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Technical skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of managing complex program, enterprise-wide IT programs and project budgets.
Skills:
Evaluate strategic initiatives and consult with all levels of leadership to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.
Extensive knowledge and application of Agile methodologies and principles.
Abilities:
Ability to lead and motivate others, make decisions, and solve problems.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Advanced management or technical degree.
IIBA, PMP, PMI or similar certifications strongly preferred Agile certifications (ACP, APMG, CSM, SAFe Agilist) preferred Leadership experience in the Cable MSO, Telecommunications, CSP industry What you can enjoy every day:
