RN Staff Development Coordinator -- Bethesda Health -- Meadow

The Staff Development Coordinator plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates all activities necessary for an effective staff development program. The scope of responsibility has a primary emphasis on the Nursing Department but additional responsibilities to all other departments in terms of general orientation and corporate wide mandatory inservices. Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards. Possesses integrity, initiative and loyalty. Must possess good communication skills and demonstrates ability to teach adults.These functions will be accomplished by the use of standards and protocols established by
Bethesda Health Group through the use of clinical and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate for this position is a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, holds a current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in this state, and has a minimum of five years experience in the field. Educational and supervisory/management experience preferred. Previous experience in long-term care required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
