Mungenast Automotive Family seeks a full time Customer Relations Representative to do follow up phone calls to our customers.
This position is located at 13700 Manchester Rd in Ballwin, MO.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Completes follow up calls on service, sales and customers visiting the dealerships. (These are not sales calls!)
-Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
-Be the contact person for managers to call with questions or concerns about follow up calls.
-Generate reports and make available for managers to access.
-Make Customer satisfaction a department priority.
-Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department.
-Maintain professional appearance and neat work area.
-Handle customer complaints according to departmental guidelines.
-Maintain appropriate phone etiquette with empathy, professionalism, and courtesy in mind.
-Relate to & treat every customer with the utmost respect and care.
-Provide answers and solutions, or offer appropriate action, in resolving customer inquiries.
-Collect detailed customer feedback, positive and negative, to maintain sufficient communication within the department and managers within the dealership.
-Attend and provide input within customer relations meetings.
-Sign and review departmental letters before distributing to customers with attention to detail.
-Keep record of customers missing phone numbers & update information as necessary in system.
-Assist with additional duties set in place by supervisor and/or co-department.
Candidates must have an excellent work ethic, dedication, be customer oriented, have the ability to multi-task,
and a passion for customer relations.
$9-$12 per hour depending on experience.
The schedule is Monday-Thursday 12:30pm until 9:00pm and Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
